You can book your initial assessment appointment below. The cost for this first 75-minute appointment is $499.00. You will be prompted to choose your appointment day and time and remit payment after clicking the button below.

Out-of-state patients interested in Functional Medicine are invited to enroll in our Sustain Membership for virtual learning.

There are no residency restrictions for international patients.
